q-exponential and Tsallis statistics

I will argue hat it has not been proven in some cases that the application of Tsallis axioms leads to q-exponential distributions. I will give an example where the reduction of degrees of freedom in the macroscopic description leads instead to a Boltzmann-Gibss distribution.
