HYBRID NEW HYBRID METHODS TO STUDY AND FORECAST FLIGHT DELAY PROPAGATION

Hybrid is a proposal for carrying out a PhD research within the Engage2 project associated to SESAR. This is a cascade funding structure in which the SESAR Horizon Europe program with the call HORIZON-SESAR-2022-DES-ER-01 has establish a PhD training network on Air Transport Research. The coordinator of Engage2 is DeepBlue, a company located in Italy and it has launched two calls for cofound PhD students. Hybrid was a proposal to their second call. The the main aim of Hybrid is studying delay propagation using different AI techniques, from the study of casual relations, agent-based modeling to deep learning.
