My talk consists of two parts. In the first part I will discuss a possible realization of Richardson diffusion in neurons. It can take place due to random boundary conditions at axon-spine terminal. In the second part of the talk I will discuss a quantum mechanical description of experimental observation of Richardson diffusion under a wave propagation in random photonic lattices.
