Dr. Claudio Mirasso elected as a member of the Reial Acadèmia de Medicina de les Illes Balears

Dr. Claudio Mirasso, researcher at IFISC (UIB-CSIC), has been elected as a full member of the Reial Acadèmia de Medicina de les Illes Balears (RAMIB). In the session convened by RAMIB on March 3 2020, the members of the academy elected Dr. Mirasso to fill a vacancy in the category of related sciences.
The Reial Acadèmia de Medicina de les Illes Balears, successor of the Practical Medical Academy of Mallorca founded in 1788, has as its objective "to promote the knowledge and development of health sciences in the Balearic Islands".
