An IFISC researcher gives an outreach lecture at Kyoto University

Professor Ingo Fisher (IFISC, UIB-CSIC) participated in the Junior Campus of Kyoto University 2018, Japan, presenting his lecture "A computer that works with light".

Located at the Clock Tower Centennial Hall of Kyoto University, the event, introduced by high level university representatives, was part of the Future Creation Forum of Kyoto University and included 5 presentations by scientists from Japan, Austria and Spain on topics ranging from elementary particles in physics, paleontology, evolution, optics and complex systems. About 400 Kyoto high school students, and also general public, attended the lectures.
