Abstract: In this talk, I will present two spatial network analysis in ecology. The first application focuses on the analysis and visualization of a multi-scale social-ecological network based on geo-tagged photographs to better understand how individuals interact with their environnement. In the second part of my talk I will present a biogeographical network analysis of plant species distribution in the French Mediterranean area.
