Cooperation between different diseases changes the global epidemic dynamics. First, we explore the cooperative SIR-SIR dynamics in static topologies finding conditions for a discontinuous transition. Second, we analyze time dependent interactions. Finally, we analyze this spreading dynamics in an empirical network of contacts in a hospital, assessing the role of the pattern of contacts and the temporal correlations.
