The School Scial Dinner will be held at
Restaurant ES CANYIS – Platja d’en Repic 21 Sóller
There is the possiblility to choose between two menus:

"Tumbet" = Typical Majorcan dish: with peppers, zucchini, eggplant, fried potatoes & tomato sauce

Filet of fish Majorcan style = Cooked in the oven with vegetables, potatoes & olive oil

Suckling pig with rosemary + baked potatoes & apples |
Dessert: "Isla flotante" = Vanilla cream with meringue & caramel | Dessert: Sorbet of citrus fruits from Sóller |
