Intrinsic and extrinsic noise effects on molecular distributions in bacteria: A modeling study

This talk will focus on recent analytic results for the steady state distributions of molecules in gene regulatory networks with noise due either to bursting or to extrinsic effects. This approach is an alternative, in some cases, to rather lengthly numerical simulations.
