D4.1. Report on intrapopulation relationships obtained by network methods for several species sampled according to standarized schemes
by CCMAR and IFISC/IMEDEA-UIB |
Output type: other |
The
aim of this deliverable is to apply network methods developed within EDEN to
characterize genetic relationships between individuals or genotypes of
different species. In this way we can unveil intrapopulation genetic structure
in a powerful way even in cases, such as the ones considered here of mixed
clonal and sexual modes of reproduction, for which standard population genetic
methods become not applicable. We present here two studies of seagrasses, one
for Posidonia oceanica sampled
across the Mediterranean, and another one for Zostera
marina, sampled in the coast of French Brittany.
