The workshop will be held at the Centro Internacional de Encuentros Matem�ticos (CIEM, International Center for Mathematical Meetings), a joint iniciative of the University of Cantabria and the city-hall of Castro Urdiales. It is located in Castro Urdiales, a city at the North coast of Spain, in the Cantabria region. It is 35km (22 miles) away from Bilbao, 67km (42 miles) away from Santander, and 153km (95 miles) away from the French border.
