Profile
My research interests include noise fluctuations and stochastic processes, nonlinear dynamics of semiconductor lasers, synchronization of coupled oscillators, synchronization of chaotic lasers and encoded communications, pattern formation and quantum fluctuations in nonlinear optical cavities and dynamics of localized structures.
DISCLAIMER:
Since I was a child I wondered at the world, the nature, the universe, so I asked questions to my parents. I grew up and I studied at school, high school and college. I thought I could learn the answers. Now, being a scientist, it is clear to me that what really matters is not learning a few specific answers but learning how to get them, and this is a cross-disciplinary issue.
